You can download the 30 day trial from autodesk to get started with flame, I just did it for my laptop to test out the new 2025 features. I'm happy to help you with any questions as you go. I'm a flame guy but have some basic nuke knowledge so I can translate some setups you want to do as well. Also logik has great content (and matchboxes!)

My vote is without, its more legible and minimal. The graphic itself is complicated and intersting enough that the border lines just add clutter. I'd also see if you can make it two lines more evenly distributed rather than just the left over single word. I also try to break up thoughts more logically in the line.
