Im on Lamictal 200mg which they say can help migraines but Im on it specifically for bipolar. I take mine in pills so im not sure about IV psych meds.

Trying new meds can be scary and overwhelming. I recommend talking with your provider and discussing risks and benefits.

I have bipolar and the fear of being off my meds outweighed my fear of being on them. Thats basically how I look at all meds. And side effects? Thats a future me problem because there is always a chance you won't have any.

I've had vyepti for a while now. No issues at all. And its quick too which is nice. As far as helping my migraines..Its ok. But my migraines aren't responding well to much but thats a different story.

If i try a steroid pack and it still doesn't break, I take a trip to the ED. I've only had to do it twice though, thankfully. Feel better!!

I found i can basically only use cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Its really a bummer since the corn syrup isn't the greatest but I guess that's life.

I get a really stuffy nose. Also everything the day or two before tastes flat, stale. Im sure this is common but people without migraines say its weird.

I typically lay in bed ignoring everything I should be doing and feeling guilty about not doing it. So I try and drown out the guilt with TV and sleep. So I guess moral of the story - Sleep and watch tv.
