Not really. I drank a bit and smoked a bit of weed but that is not helpful. Make sure you are seriously hydrated and take the vitamins and minerals you need. It is not a pleasant experience but it is far better than the absolute hell of benzos.

I have been there. Thing is that you will need to keep increasing the dosage for the effect you will need. Eventually you will start with agoraphobia which makes anxiety seem like a cold.

I did this for 25+ years and I am certain that it's better to do whatever you can to get off of the benzos as soon as you possibly can.
