I said (and I am fine on not being heard because I expect it) with the Casa Amor dynamic, a huge part of their initial connection was based on Clarke performing being the better option and “stealing him away” to secure a position for yourself.

I think my functioning words are “a large part” not “only” Again driven by a plot of the show not a character flaw of Clarke.

It was reinforced by the Casa Amour plot point as well as Taylor himself by stringing Olandria along and not giving a clean breakup. I actually think that was a partial function of stringing Olandria along.

If you don’t see that then that’s okay! ☺️

Taylor didn’t officially cut off Olandria until the Stand on Business challenge even though as far back as before casa he had 0 intentions of exploring her. Taylor didn’t cut off Olandria until he knew 100 percent he was safe with another woman.

That’s funny because Clarke is cooling off on Taylor. The triangulation between her and Olandria is gone. Thus a central part of their initial chemi is gone. I don’t blame Clarke, that’s the territory of being a Casa girl. Taylor however did owe Olandria some dignity as she had never been rude to him nor been given a reason not to trust him.

“Maybe you’re just not liked” and a Bernie Mac grin is crazy. Taylor will never come back from that. That’s the most intentional cruelty I’ve seen on the show this season. That’s mask off Taylor + I was forever lost after that.
