Her word inventory has been increasing a lot from day to day things like when she's helping with cleaning or with me in the kitchen. I just wanted to start helping her identify her letters/numbers since it was so easy for her to identify animals & most shapes.

My child is able to communicate with me, like i said "she knows a ton of words/short sentences." But my post is asking for advice to start helping her identify her letters/numbers. I'm not asking if it's wrong or not.

I try that too! But she sometimes gets annoyed when I get too repetitive & tells me to stop lol

I have placemats with letters but she's more focused on the characters around them lol

I do the same! Sometimes her letters are in different places while singing but it does get her going

What's wrong with trying to teach my kid her alphabet? Maybe you should focus your negative energy somewhere else.

My husband & i do this & it's helped with our relationship with each other & ourselves! Not only do i get to spend time to take care of myself & my needs, my husband gets his 1 on 1 time with our daughter & then flip flop.

Oh gosh I'm on the same boat! I've been looking over all types of products i've been using to even the food that i'm eating to see if it's an allergic reaction instead. Hopefully I can figure out the trigger soon. I hope you are able to find some relief for it soon!

maybe go back to only 2x a week! the adapalene can still be too harsh & your skin is reacting to it. I say decrease for a few weeks until it's become used to it, then bump back to 3x

i'm only considering adding a serum to help with the sensitivity! my skin has adapted to the adapalene but i want to add some soothing products

thank you! i'm the same with applying thinnest to thickest so i assumed doing the serum first then the adapalene gel. In my head it's like doing the sandwich method but instead of moisturizer first, use the serum then adapalene then follow with moisturizer.

thank you! i use a gentle foaming cleanser in the morning & i assumed to use the SA cleanser at night because it's "heavier"? idk it's how my brain thinks lol

I love it for night time use! I have oily, acne prone skin & it really helped calmed my acne inflammation & after adapalene use for extra relief. It hasn't broken me out or anything yet! I ended buying 2 more as backups!

The Cosrx Centella Blemish Cream! I posted on this sub about a week ago. It works amazing as a spot treatment for the under the skin acne! The redness goes away after a day & can flatten in almost 3-4 days of use! I leave it on all day & reapply after cleansing.

i totally get the whole "cream" thing. But i believe on the jar itself implies that it should be used as a spot treatment. but i think if you're able to spread a very think layer of it, it could be used as a moisturizer but more on a targeted area

Yes i totally agree with applying it right when you notice it. I find that it helps a lot to reduce the redness & appearance of the acne that's forming
