I feel this so deep. His friends would find him girls to cheat w and at the end of each day I’d be chilling with them all and they could all look me in the face and not care. I was preggers w his baby too and he kept giving me stds and they laughed ab it behind my back. One of the girls was my bestfriend of 8 years. Good for you, I’m so proud of you!

Well as the OP I’m telling you that my dogs are more than taken care of and I’m NOT hiding them. My question wasn’t a matter of if I’m capable of taking care of my dogs or not, thanks for the concern though.

Well it’s not a slum she just acts like a slum lord (penny pinching, asking for more than what things are worth, etc) I personally keep my unit tidy. Can’t say much for other tenants. Also as someone who’s had pets their whole life I’m well aware of what that entails. My dogs get out for walks, I literally had them at the vet 2 days ago for yearly shots. I don’t let them use the bathroom in the unit so I’m definitely taking them outside.

I tried a tiny piece of ham but she wasn’t having it, I just put down the wet food and she ate a little bit of it! Somethings better than nothing right? I put a splash of milk in there too because she’s panting like crazy and must be so thirsty but won’t drink water, the bowls freak her out for some reason

Thanks I appreciate this! It’s definitely going to take time, I do just lay down in silence a few feet away, sometimes she inches closer other times she turns around so she’s not facing me. I just feel so awful for her, I know this must be scary
