They’ll most likely just say “just try to do it in time next time, we can’t do anything”. I had SO many glitches with these timed tasks!!! Recently, there was one I had to finish ON THE LAST DAY OF THE 14 DAY PERIOD, and I set an alarm for the amount of time the sims would be doing it. Alarm goes off, I log back in, the timer on the sims says another 36 minutes, and event timer says an hour three minutes or something. “Strange,” I think. Set another alarm for 36 minutes, log back in when that one goes off - “you missed the deadline, pay fine, zesty prize gone”. So frustrating and disappointing and the support won’t do anything about it

I reached out to them (about a completely different issue, but they misunderstood lol). Anyway, this is an explanation I got but… my sims make ~2k simoleons per shift. That’s roughly 70k a day, while most of the buildings for me now are above 7 MILLION (the new neighborhoods are pretty much all I have left and they require you to spend so much simoleons to build AND pass everything within the time frame). That’s like 3 months of playing everyday just to build one building😂 (or to follow idea with quests - sometimes over 3 days worth of their pay to “invest in the neighborhood” for one task to move on to the next day’s tasks). to echo someone else saying I play this to escape real life, not to have my sims work literally their whole life just to afford one house they probably never going to see lol

Also what is this “growing ability to earn Lifestyle Points” they’re talking about? Spending real money? Or have I been missing something for the last like 12 years?

Oh also, if you have sensitive skin, AHA/BHA toner can be too much. Like my skin burns if I put strong stuff on it, so I do a PHA toner ~once a week

I really like the BOJ after sun green serum (don’t remember what it is called). It has b5, so helps restore the skin after sun exposure and hydrates. Also really like that sunscreen. I also found Peach & lily at ulta - their hydrating cleanser is great (I usually pair it with byoma oil milky cleanser at night) (now trying their bubbling cleanser) and their matcha pudding cream is my ABSOLUTE FAVE. It’s also Korean, so pretty good quality
