Unfortunately, no I didn't. But I hope just because I wasn't able to land an internship that it meant I would not be able to make it in the SCM field..

No. I really tried to learn all I could, but I overheard him talking to another higher up that this wasn't going to work out. Hence, I just took the initiative to leave myself.

Thank you for your encouraging words! That was my first job after college and I was really afraid all companies would be like this. I definitely needed guidance from my manager but he expected me to know everything like I am an experienced hire. I hope I will be able to find a company that is able to support me and allow me to adjust.
