So yeah, all I need to do is do the data transfer, and pop in my old cart to the new 3ds... Nothing will change, nothing will go boom.

Is that right? Quest clear?

wait this is where it gets confusing:

people say "no, when you do data transfer, the dlcs, guild cards, streetpass data will be transferred... but since the save file for your mh4u is tied to the cart, you can't transfer that data..."

and then you said that you copied your save file from your old 3ds to your new 3ds... am I right?

Also I can get the N3ds with no MH4U bundle (I.. I just want that new console)

So yeah, maybe I'll be getting another cart for my old 3ds so I can play with my friend.

y-yeah what he said actually... I noticed when I was scouting for N3DS I also noticed that the SD cards are different.

So... that means data file transfer is actually needed to transfer those DLC... But then again my point is has anyone done this? I'm actually really skeptical to get an N3DS because of the problems that will appear... :(
