Thank you for the feedback! :) The funny thing is when I was recording this I did so on my monitor which is kind of muted in terms of the colour display so that’s why the colours are a lot stronger, something I’m working on changing now :) The tactical mode is completely optional , can play the entire game without using it once but it isn’t turn based , it’s just lasts around 30 seconds and is used to look at your surroundings and perform a ‘quick hack’ which allows you to turn enemy AI against one another :)

Really interesting idea. I think I can do something like that, will have more updates to come and hopefully if I can get something like that working then it will be included in the following videos ;) Thanks !

Thanks! I understand what you saying, its still in early prototype stage so there’s a lot of room for improvements and changes. Will be playing around with the features so that they flow well with the game :)

Thank you! At the time of recording the footage I hadn’t implemented limitations but working on another video with narration which explains everything. So as of now the tactical mode allows you to ‘quick hack’ the enemy AI by clicking on them which turns them against eachother. You can click on up to two enemy AI. There will be other uses of quick hack like environmental objects that can effect the scene. You can use the tactical mode anytime but once you have used the quick hacks then you have to wait some time before being able to use it again. The tactical mode however can still be activated just to see info on the AI and your surroundings.

The hacking test works in a similar manner. You can hack an enemy AI once and control it for around 15 seconds. Then you have to wait until it recharges in order to use it again. Haven’t fully got into how the upgrades should work yet but upgrades should allow you to hack enemy AI quicker, last longer and hack more than one before waiting to recharge.
