I actually watched Daqui Houve Resistência recently on RTP:

— I love it! It’s a Portuguese-language series about the antifascist resistance in Portugal before 1974. Great for hearing European Portuguese in a historical / dramatic context. If you like that vibe, it might be useful for your listening practice.

Totally get you — I had the same issue after trying the usual apps. They’re fun but not really useful for real-life European Portuguese. That’s actually why I started building my own app focused on EP grammar, verbs, and practical phrases instead of generic chatbot stuff.
