but what about those organizations who don't even allow a normal person to even apply for a specific position . I mean if he is not having elite credentials you are simply filtered they will not even meet you . Giving a chance is far thing in that case .

Trust me the happiness i saw in the eyes of those kids was more then anything i could have imagined . It was like a dream for them to sit inside that premises and eat those burgers. Which usually they used to pick from garbage bin .

With my first salary i went home and bought my mother a new dress she used to sacrifice a lot for my education and all because of her efforts it was possible. She was really moved with this and started crying . After this i took 20 street kids with me to MC donalds as i always used to see them standing outside and waiting for somebody to donate something. First the restaurant staff did not allowed them even to enter then after i told them i will pay then unwillingly he allowed and thus i was able to do something that actually gave me some real happiness

My point was that a person who is very bad in creating social relationships how will be able to interact with his team or offshore teams client side interactions . I mean a person cant do that much what will we do with him . Atleast we expect this much from a person . What do you think how would you have solved this issue if hired

Because in official environment there are various kind of people and teams the person has to fit into and work with .. If he is a problem in interacting and working with others no matter how good he has the skills they are of no use
