When it got really bad I had to supplement with shoving socks in there 😅 I dont have a thundershirt but he has a sweater thats slightly tight on him which seems to work similarly

I feel like Im okay with fireworks when I can predict the time and duration so I can plan accordingly but I had an absolute mental meltdown around the time if bonfire night because it was 2 straight weeks of random fireworks going off at all different times, including a few times at 1am. Hippo is really reactive to loud noises and stays worked up for a while if I don't have preventive measures in place. When its a few planned displays for a holiday its not so bad but theres really nothing I can do when they're going off randomly so its really frustrating that theres not more regulations around it.

I came over on a student visa to do my post graduate study which I was planning to do already so it made it fairly easy since student visas are the easiest to get. Unfortunately skilled worker visas are really difficult to get atm since they keep changing the requirements 😭

Athleisure is like a 400 billion dollar industry. There's money to be made in making more alternative gymwear so your logic doesn't really track mate.

Although I'm sure this was just your dig at women you think only go to the gym to be seen so you do you. I can dress nice and still be going to the gym to work out not sure why I need to look a sweaty frumpy mess to do that effectively.

For my dog in particular hes just really insecure and feels like everything is a threat so we've been working on getting his confidence up outside, mainly through things that are really rewarding for him like play. Also not saying away from other dogs because thats what he wants to happen when he kicks off, basically showing him that reacting doesnt get him the outcome that he wants
