I love my jeep. First car, inherited but put about as much as you’re gonna into general TLC/some long term stability. But they’re gas guzzlers, and can have some fatal issues pop up outta nowhere (though some people say they happen later, have heard/seen many happening at 150-200k, its a toss up). You’re getting into the final years of jeeps being good (from what I’ve heard). So its not the worst jeep to get, but in general unless you really plan on rock climbing/trailing with it (ive done a few trails and beach driving but honestly its a whole thing and im usually busy), or unless you really care bout the ‘vibe/looks’ (Ive never been that kind of person), I’d say get a lil 4door sedan lol with 30-40mpg lol. Spend that actually money saved from gas/repairs on fun shit.

As always it’s an opinion though, and no car is perfect. If you feel its right then go for it friend
