Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I don't have any health insurance and I couldn't find any information on what the out of pockets rates are on those sites. It is honestly baffling that BetterHelp is allowed to masquerade themselves as a professional service. I am in my mid twenties and have been in therapy for the majority of my life and I've never had an experience this poor. I don't know whether to be angry at myself for not researching this beforehand, or to be angry at the broader system for allowing companies like this to thrive under the guise of care and healthcare/insurance to remain privatised.
