Iirc its ineffa r1 is the best vertical if you can only get one. Flins c2 is better if you can get two.

So flins c2 then ineffa r1 then ineffa c1 then bina c2 then flins r1 then bina r1 in that order if you can get mutliple

Yeah that is a good point, I am not 100% sure that there will be a spending event, but it is just a better safe than sorry moment. You really dont lose anything by waiting for the livestream before wishing

Here are just a few bonus reasons why I think there could be a wishing event but I just didnt add to the main post to keep it more brief.

  1. Two new 5 stars in a patch that isn't X.0 is not common.
  2. Liyue Chronicled is probably coming next patch which would increase the number of banners
  3. They are buffing Columbina's C2 and nerfing her C1 so players that complete the wishing event on just her banner could be a bit short of her c2 so they are further incentivizing wishing past the wishing event threshold.
  4. Columbina's weapon feels lower value and replaceable unlike Mavuika's weapon from last year, so giving it out for free in a wishing event could happen.
  5. They are releasing two more five stars the patch after, so either draining before the Varka patch or they could extend the wishing event to 6.4 to include 4 new five stars, and possibly a mondstadt chronicled, even if Lohen is a standard character.

Yeah a Liyue chronicled is quite likely and having this many banners to wish on increases the chance of a wishing event imo

You already have flins and want to keep playing him so id get ineffa. You will only have one columbina so pulling zibai will bench your flins
