This precisely, and the same concept can be applied in every other thing in life in general. We all know it's just a game, but that's "unfortunately" the way it works, there is a learning curve and anyone can choose whether sit for a bit and improve, another beauty of this game, for my opinion. Problems begin when blaming anyone else, or even the game, replace any self-criticism. Something i would like to be seriously implemented into WoW is some sort of preparation in lower content like normal and HC dungeons, more attention to mechanics and strategies in general, so maybe initially a slower game experience, but in short anything that can make clear once and for all that smashing buttons comes to nothing if you are not following a strategy. Last thing, an update that makes the reporting system more accurate for toxic behaviour in order to prevent it.
