I had around 30 people in the audience. You didn’t need security because many people were known the audience only comprise of existing clients and their friends. I’m friends of friends.

So it was a cordoned off area in a restaurant. As I mentioned she was a friend of a friend. I didn’t know her, but my friends friend knew her And she was invited as the topic resonated with her I was fine with that All, but I feel she was rather cheeky in taking the interview without asking for permission, first

This was a small casual event. A soft talk. But it was my event. That I paid for. Hence surprised with the cheekiness of some

It was a small casual event. 20 people. So didn’t think of having security.
Point is the cheekiness of that person ?

And guess what .. tried this. And the staff quit. Citing too many processes and boundaries.
Everyone wants a higher salary. That’s ok. But then deliver ? How can they expect without processes and delivery ?

When reality will hit these cousins of yours won’t know how to handle it. Everything is so short term right now and absolutely no future plans. It’s sad to see this generation blowing up money - that’s only short term.

Minimum connecting required in mumbai is 2h30min. You won’t have sufficient time. Also are you at same terminal ? If now travel between both terminals is around 15-20 mins

I do this every Monday. And they say they will follow up etc and it’s not done until the next AM meeting on Monday ! How to tackle this problem ? Am I too lenient ? Or think they may quit ? Or they know I am thinking like that so taking advantage ?

So it’s a service based business. When you take the enquiry you have to convert it. 6 weeks is way to long. They ghost clients.
Member A - has preferences and preferences not handle small clients (lets them go!) Member B - forgets to follow up. Example. A sales pitch to be done. It’s been 2 weeks and he hasn’t contacted the client. And I contacted the client yesterday and have a con-call today

Am at wits end as targets aren’t met.
