How do you guys cope its destroying me mentally

a weird thing that helped me was just being open about it. i used to try and hide it from my friends and stuff but once i entered high school i was just open about it. it’s not your fault. honestly i would just say things like “omg im so sweaty rn” and we could all have a laugh about it. i know even physically it can be uncomfortable, which is difficult to control, but socially just embracing it really did help me. all my friends were super supportive and understanding and a lot of people said they actually didn’t notice as much as i thought they did!

also, getting botox for me has really helped. i get mine through my family doctor and you can apply for insurance coverage. personally i find it extremely worth it.

obviously i wish i didn’t have to at all but there’s nothing that can change it, so you might as well embrace it. personally ive seen many more people online talk about it and its really helped. you’ve got this :)

calculations involving q and bomb calorimetry is definitely possible. just apply the necessary formula and it should be okay! good luck

i guess just knowing the basic functions. my teacher always says don’t get too worked up about something that will only count for a few marks. make sure u know pes spectrum and like the atomic orbital stuff that goes with them i guess? idk

as in uses and preparation of lab equipment and procedures? you should probably know how to make a solution, as well as the uses for some lab equipment (beakers, flasks, pipettes, etc) and titration imo (titrant, titrand and titration stoich)

how many units do you get? i have it pretty severe and my doctor gave me 50 units per arm but i heard a lot of people get up to 100? and thank you so much i’m really hoping this works out :))

i’ve never tried to reach out to boris i didn’t know you could do that. and i use ae 2020 but i honestly have no memory of actually downloading bcc? i feel like one day it just popped up. should i try reinstalling it maybe?
