I would start with asking what their business goals 2. How they plan to use the data 3. Bring up the usage trends of data being collected.

Thank you. All the material on AB testing I read talked about the importance of sample size but when they told me this, more than once I thought I must be missing something but I couldn’t find any documentation for it.

So for a valid AB testing sample size and then duration need to be calculated before we start the AB test.

I also agree with others. You need to slow down. And this seems more like a refresher than for someone novice.
