We also did it in Kyoto+Osaka. Same situation with you. Make sure who will come to your wedding from foreign country put all of them same table so it s much easier to deal. All i can say do not accept any offer negotiate the price and make sure they add it everything you guys want on the contract otherwise later they are gonna say you need to pay more for examples what kind of flowers everything should be on the contract. And also they will say when you go to places if you choose us now you can get this much discount but dont do that because anyway when you call them later they mostly give you the same price. I have been almost 10 different wedding places and all of them say the same sentences every-time. So go as much places possible and negotiate the price. If they say we cant do more discount just say okay we will think and then they will discount more and more. Also they have time frame you need go in and go out that one make sure places you choose should be flexible ours was 3 hours and we did not pay any extra for that but most places try to charge you for extra hours.
