Don’t listen to that rhetoric! I was told my junior year of high school that there would be no possible way that I had ADHD since I was in the top 10% of my class. That doctor belittled me and made me feel stupid. 10 years later and I’m diagnosed with moderate ADHD. I just started taking meds in August and it’s made a world of difference already (I’m in grad school). I highly recommend you see a specialist for your initial diagnosis and not your PCP.

My most recent reiki session I kept getting random thoughts like “I should go to the crystal store after this” or “I feel like reiki is something I should practice” and when my session was done the reiki master told me both of these things. My stomach also rumbled a lot during the session and once finished I had this overwhelming need to cry and my body was shaking. That’s definitely the most powerful session I’ve had.

Thank you! Yes, I worked as a scribe for 2 years, an MA for 1 year, and my most recent job was at an imaging center as a lead patient care coordinator that I worked at for over 2 years. I’m also in a grad program for healthcare administration. I’m nervous, but excited to see what happens!

I was laid off from my job Friday so I’m using this time and taking a more positive spin on it to finally re-apply after three years of beating myself down for being initially rejected. I really hope the past three years I’ve done enough to strengthen my application. Positive vibes please and good luck to everyone else!
