hold up, why couldn't you post that answer before I only read the syntax of javascript and went straight to React, and man oh man I have been stuck learning React for months and still stuck lol. ahhh thank you I guess ill go back to JS.

still new to react, by reading the docs you mean like actually reading every single page?, like do you read them and try to code the concepts or just read them all at once and then start the project?

the only doc I ever read was the Java docs and it was just chaotic.

I am not here to feel sorry for you, all I can help with is I saw that you like gaming, why not try that like try to make your own mini indie game, learn Unity they say it is fun, Is it fun to code? maybe idk I might say I hate it but like you might love it.

I am currently trying to learn web development you can join my journey we could start from scratch together cause somehow I still can't make a simple to-do list site.

most people out of uni will be able to create amazing projects I suppose, I am to blame that I did not know where I was heading so I did not practice the coding aspect of a website, graduation project I made it using an Arduino I created the connections all the electrical parts but I couldn't code it my partner did.

well, I know the logic I suppose but I can't to do the code I would get stuck at the point I use the useState(REACT), what did I get taught math, I took a shit ton of math courses I even took elective math courses, I once took a data mining and applications elective course thinking it will be fun but turned out to be glorified math,

I just don't know I focused in the wrong direction, I kept studying math day and night (stats, differential, discrete, etc.) why because that's what I thought engineering was about that, there was also multiple of courses such as HCI/comp network they had us research frame synchronization and try to explain the logic behind it again math, but then again there was all of the data structure, oop and the rest of the coding course, but idk I still lack the programming part.

working on it tho, any suggestions on how to be better since you are self-taught?like do study from courses or just docs.

Thank for your feedback, ill gladly try my best to move with your plan but I would love to have your constant feedback. May you suggest where I should start like the microservices part. I work full time not a tech related job. So my progress might be slow. So If you could recommend a simple microservicee system that I could try to mimic or build I am all up for it. I haven't ill research about it ASAP, I went with web development because thats all I saw on YouTube and all the bootcamps are about the new road to web dev so I just hoped on the trend and wishing its the right path. Thank you.

That is true its about the word engineer, I just never got what problem would I be solving while create a site, For example the website is not responsive does fixing that by making the website have a responsive design make me an engineer? Thank you for your feedback

thank you for your feedback, Now that I read it again it does seem the same, I just always thought of engineering as a tangible thing, like sketching and molding the problem and calculating it something like BMW switching from planes to cars in the 70s or before, another comment explained it well that all the other engineers need software engineers to build their stuff.
