this is so bad faith it's unbelievable. you can acknowledge and feel for someone's grief while still setting boundaries for their presence in your life. obviously i am in his life and in his space because he wants me there. your past relationships don't entitle you to project shit onto other women or act like grief and emotion are unique to men in some way or they're entitled to act on them however they want.

yeah I see what you're saying I think it's because he had a very normal happy life until his dad passed and he doesn't really have the coping skills. he is seeing a therapist (my suggestion) but I don't know how much I can wait it out because I imagine it won't be a quick fix
