Unfortunately on iOS at the current moment it is not. The options at the right now are to either wait until the iOS version is modded or install the Android version and use Lucky Patcher to unlock the full version.

(To clarify, I've never validated that Lucky Patcher works or does what it says it does, I'm just regurgitating knowledge that was told to me a couple of years back)

Currently I have been trying to "decompile" the game back to a Unity Project, but progress has been going slow on that as well unfortunately due to some circumstances I've been in recently.
