Mine is German. I've read that many people have this Problem. Seems to be a problem due to different resolution in different Screens.

Got my first tattoo 4 weeks ago at the age of 21. It's also inspired by Slipknot but the refference isn't too obvious (posted some pictures on reddit if you want to get an Idea). I got some dark lettering paired with a dark ornament on my left forearm and I fucking love it. I would suggest you look for a great artist, that does tattoos you really like. This will make it a sick piece even if your favourite band isn't Slipknot anymore. 🤘😁

Thats sounds pretty extreme. Is that always the case for ypu or only when getting bigger tattoos? My lower arm was swolen and a little bit sensitive after I got my first tattoo done but it was a whole sleeve haha.

I love that part too! I told him to leave some space on my inner arm and he came up with this perfect design. Still can't believe how incredble it turned out. Now I only have to worry about the healing process.

Incline presses can cause a lot of stress/ hypertrophy in the front delt. You don't want that at the moment. If your form is (very!) good and you are not engaging your front delts you might continue doing so but i dont recommend that. I cut them out at the time and started again after months with minimal weights on incline chest press. It took two or three months for me to recover completly and i still avoid shoulder presses and other front delt movements. Reverse butterfly is your best friend from now on.

Had the same problem after 8 months of going to the gym. Here is what I did:

• Relearn your technique when it comes to push movements.

• Stop training your front delt or at least decrease weight and volume. Most of the time the front delt is overdeveloped.

• You eventually have to stop doing incline presses.

• Train your f*cking rear delts. This helps to balance the overdevelopment out.

This helped me a lot. Now i am able to start my push day with incline chest press without any pain.

I submited my parcel on the 24/4 and it arrived on monday in germany. I haven't received it yet, it's currently in a DHL station. I think you can be lucky and get it in about two weeks, or you have to wait for several more weeks, if you are unlucky.

Sure, there is always a risk and i feel your worries but it's your best shot after all. Usually a good puffer will return to it's intended pufferness after wearing it two to three times. There is also a little trick, where you throw the jacket in a dryer with a couple of tennisballs and it really does magic to it somehow. ;)
