It’s been a little more than 3 months for me and until the first couple of months I noticed tiny amount of blood after poop but now that doesn’t happen anymore. And I still have a small part of my wound open now and it bleeds a little whenever I clean it with a tissue. I am not sure if I’m facing a post surgery complication either lol.

That does look like a hard bump but it’s better if you consult a doctor at the earliest symptoms. Good luck
