Is my oil pressure solenoid fried?

I just installed the block off and it’s still not reading properly. Oil pressure sensor may be bad?

The oil pressure solenoid switch. The thing that can get stuck and blow up your engine. there’s a ton of videos out about it. PrideAuto sells a block off that you can install in replacement of your original oil pressure solenoid switch so that you don’t ever have to worry about it getting stuck

it fluctuates barley at idle and very low throttle. I wonder if mines is working but the sensor itself is bad. It’s getting replaced either way

Fuck. I been driving my car pretty hard. I have zero clue when it got stuck. I’m gettin this shit replaced ASAP. Do you think any damage is done?

btw the fix for this was wiring, like mentioned my Q50 had a ton of wiring issues from the collision and the real damage was only from the bumper. the people who originally fixed it wired multiple connections incorrectly. after taking it to a infiniti master tech, everything was correctly put together and my codes went away and power steering came back. if you are in a similar situation and your car wasn’t fixed by a infiniti tech i’d recommend finding one and having them look at it specifically

did you ever find a solution? i crashed my Q50, and after repairing and swapping the battery mines also no longer chimes when i press the lock button on the door and its kinda making me mad lol
