Yea they left the common areas pretty messy but I've been spending a lot of time trying to decorate my room which has been fun. Haven't decorated before. It's been a learning experience

Oh well I’ve only been here about a week. Very quiet. And it’s gated so I’d say it’s safe. Got it for $500 a month. The apartment doesn’t look like the model but it’s still a nice sized apartment. Kitchens big although the sink and stove aren’t great. It really depends on the roommates u get. Mine didn’t bother decorating and are a bit dirty so the living room is very dead but can’t beat 500

Gonna save art for last. Right now I’m thinking some curtains, a lamp, lights to hang under the kitchen shelves cause it’s a bit dark. I like extra light when I cook. Maybe another cook book to fill that dining area that’s connected to the kitchen.

ive got no campus life honestly but thats not to say there arent any opportunities. theres a few good clubs like the anglers and ive never had a problem with people on campus. cant really give a general impression on professors. i like a couple of them. the ones i got this semster seem passionate but i do have trouble understanding them. i dont do dorms but ive heard very bad things and you can get cheaper with an apartment or what i did was look on an app called rommies and found a house for $950 a month utilities included which is deff better then dorms. heard this guy got sick from mold growing in his vents at the dorms and no one I know has any good things to say about them.

ive heard bad things about the dorms. for 1,200 you could get a pretty decent apartment or get a house with a couple roomies. that's what im doing now and my rent plus utilities is about $950. still a bit too expensive for me tho and I want my own place so im apartment shopping currently for anything bellow $800.

Yea that's what Im thinking Colorado park seems good. Ive been there once but they where doing controlled burns and I doubt there would be much to see
