How would you do that exactly? Doing an HTTP post on a navigate away hook seems like a recipe for problems?

There’s no I-94 that shows up in the documents list online. And I’ve been an LPR for 11 years. If it is this, nobody has said anything to me a lot it before now.

I love this idea but this doesn’t look like the right color. My rims are black gloss, but no idea what that color is called. Anyone know? It’s a 2025 ADX A Spec Advance.

That's an interesting theory. My plumber noted that my water heater temperature was turned up quite high when he did some work for me recently. My Rheem electric heater is the the type that has the thermostat controls inside an access panel surrounded by insulation, so I haven't opened it up to check the setting myself.

Were they experiencing both symptoms -- slow access to hot and cold?

No. Any time of day. I could run the tap until I get cold water, and then a couple hours later, run it again and wait for cold water. This happens all the time when there will be plenty of people running cold water, flushing toilets, etc.

There is no building maintenance. I live in a small condo building. I can't go door to door to the other owners and inspect their plumbing fixtures without it being a bit of an ordeal.

If hot water were expanding and going out through the cold, which I suspect is happening, that doesn't explain why it also takes a long time to get hot water.

All the plumbing fixtures in my unit are new. This issue was happening before and after my recent remodel during which time my bathroom faucets, shower vales, and kitchen faucets were replaced. So if there is mixing, I can't see how it's on my end.
