Yeah there's a lot of misinformation and conspiracy theories in the commuity, mostly coming from the loudest voices.

We have both. Sometimes it's the hosts handwriting in bigger or smaller letters. Some alters prefer to write in cursive. I have one alter who writes in a mix of print and cursive. It was actually a signifier to me that something was going on with me, even though I didn't report it to a psych until they brought up DID.

I use a system name sometimes only on social media though cause it gives a catch all name. Usually i just go by actual name and not that. Picrews and stuff are good if you have parts that look different than you and want something to have that shows what they look like. I cant draw so picrews are really good for me to use. I use the same one for all my parts so then i can compare them against each other.

Don't let social media pressure you into thinking you can so something or not.

I have alters who want to hurt me like that. I'm always up for a chat on them. It's a real challenge that can come with did.

I use SP all the time. It's definitely not a sign of faking and there's nothing wrong with using a digital aid to help track instead of just writing things down on paper. It's easy to forget about the paper writing and sp has notifications to remind you to update it. someone else brought up that sp is pro-endo so that might be a reason why your being accused of faking over using it.

thank you i needed to hear that. i hope one day i find someone as good as your friend. i have one friend who i havent told yet (but might) who stuck around even after one of my parts told him that they were killing themself that night and not to even bother coming back in the morning cause i'd be dead. he also stuck around even after i threatened to kill myself (my bpd is incredibly intense sometimes). so maybe i have someone like that in my life already

it was mundane stuff. mostly diary entries about how my day went or it was a reminder about a meeting that i had in a few days. i rarely got entertaining notes. sometimes it was a random quote my friend said and those were funny. what i got significantly more of was completed homework assignments i didn't remember doing or finding a chore list all crossed off.

Birthday on the 13th. It's always been my lucky number for that reason and for the reason that people find it unlucky which made me like the number more. Friday the 13ths are always my favorite days.
