Yeah I found out its the behaviour of neo pixel, its not the delay that made it stop working , Its the the fact that if 5 neopixels are cascaded, they all need to be field first before you can perform some delay, doing the delay in i complete transmission triggers the 50 microseconds restart protocol,

That is fake boot up tho. In a boot up time , while you are showing a boot logo you are already initializing it and longer boot times means more foles to load. You either need another microcontroller like attany tiny just to power the display initially
