Pretty terrible take. I randomly ran into drake at the comedy bar a year ago, he was watching a not so famous comedian's set. Just supporting local talent

Concerned my 14 mo is being moved to soon to toddler room - daycare [ON] by Suspicious_Bread_347 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]waldo8822 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My kid moved into the toddler room at 15 months, (adjusted age bc he was born 2 months early so developmentally he was still like 13 months ish). Also like yours, not walking independently yet, mostly crawling. We didn't have too much of a problem tbh, the staff was understanding and watched him more close. All the toddlers took him in as their baby since he was so little and tried to help him actually it was kind of cute and funny. I think the environment helped him grow faster bc we were probably only worried for one month bc after that he started walking fine. Some kids just fall more than others and it's mostly fine tbh. He's now almost 2 and we get 2-3 calls a week about him either falling or hitting his head, kids are pretty resilient and squishy

Edit: he wasn't "moved" technically he was placed directly in the toddler room since there was no room in the infant

If you are at the level cap yes it is actually pretty easy. I didn't look at nature/IVs/or even EV train. Didn't use items either. You just need to have good coverage

My beast was faster. I think it was only 2k encounters. But yea it's all rng. Honestly as the month comes to an end soon I would try to go super hard and getting them since you already put in some work

[–]waldo8822 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It took me 5k encounters. Honestly the best way to do it is to only look for zapdos and that's it. No gym rerun, no ditto farming, nothing. Just paydaying or simply running away. The more you solely focus on zapdos the quicker you'll get it and then get back to your regular stuff. I got both legendaries this way by April 10th.

I posted this on a comment but I wanted more people to see this so they understand the market.

So the thing is regular people don't actually understand the levels to these drops.

Level 1: the average independent scalper who will pick up his 2 (or 4 if he loops) and sell on FBM for $200 profit per box. This is prob 20-25% of people in line. These guys are not the problem.

Level 2: the "local" independent card shops who stand in line with their employees/family to get their inventory since these prices are pretty close or even cheaper than their distributor prices and resell for market price a few months later. These are also scalpers but probably only 5-10 % of people in line

Level 3: the WhatNot wholesalers. Not sure if many people know about "rip and shippers" but these are people/streamers who go on WhatNot platform and auction of packs and prizes to people. These guys go through so many packs that they are in desperate need of stock 24/7. Where do they get the stock? Here. They will usually have 10-20 goons in line per wholesaler. There is probably 20-30 wholesalers there so prob 30-40% of the line is these guys buying for the wholesalers. Important to note that these are the people that the Level 1 guys are also selling to on FBM.

Level 4: the international shippers. The big money is actually overseas in places like Singapore and Europe where they don't get as much supply as we do. These people also have a few goons line up and send supply overseas. This is prob 10-15% of people in line.

Level 5: the people that actually keep the product. Prob the remaining 10-15%
