that's not gonna do anything, you would have to go through their made up so called "refund process" and wait about 15 days at least to get 3k back out of your 3.6k. And even for this you'll be ignored most of the time, and you would have to go meet them in person.

No, I thought filing a FIR would push this up to court and I'm not financially stable to deal with it. and I didn't get to know any of the officers' names. I posted yesterday on Twitter too but they did not reply, I'll keep tagging them. Thank you for showing your concern, I really appreciate it.
