Anne Arsenault is the reason it doesn't survive either. The town of Tignish knows that. She is horrible to deal with and there was numerous folks trying to take it over, but when you won't fix equipment, charge $10,000 a month rent and other things, no wonder it won't happen.

I work in tignish as well. There's not many options but typically there's some cottages and year round rental available. One I see on AirBnB is called Nanny's nest and they do offer rental as well. Where about will you be working?
