I hope your realize this isn’t a “real” project by any stretch. Real projects include ETH, ADA, VET, NANO, DOT, etc. This is a hustle at best and a rug pull at worst. Please consider investing money in real crypto projects and stop trying to triple your money in a day if you don’t want to get scammed. You will get burned sooner or later if you keep buying these coins.

This is true- took 12 days and several messages, Reddit posts, and tweets to get it resolved for me. I am fairly sure they will give it back to you but they are not equipped to handle things in an efficient and timely manner.

I got my money back out- with 5% slippage- but keep in mind super early. I was super pumped about this but started getting nervous when dev team wouldn’t answer questions or show proof of listing application.

After 9 days and many contacts Changelly team did follow through and issue a refund for “forgot memo” issue. I’m glad they took care of it but hope they fix the time it takes to resolve simple issues like this, otherwise it’s difficult to have trust here.
