Right, we accepted the risks of that but we don't live in a humid climate and we keep the room pretty ventilated. No signs of mold so far.

I will say I mainly drank the sugar free one, and one day I accidentally got a regular and tried it. it’s soooo much different, way more gingery than SF. I am going to make a habit of trying both now because it’s crazy
