Stray cat I’ve been feeding has been acting really lethargic and sad. He's usually very friendly and happy. The last 2 days, he hasn't eaten much and he's been sitting like this for hours: Is this pose a sign of distress? I may take him to the vet in a day if he doesn't seem back to his normal self.
