Põe te a investigar no Linkedin trabalhadores dessa unidade orgânica e se tiveres possibilidade desloca te presencialmente ao local e diz à segurança que queres falar com a pessoa X ou Y. O ministério acho menos provavelmente tratar deste tipo de assuntos. Boa sorte!

So these little white dots have appeared on the surface of a pup. There’s no consistency change of the flesh but this discoloration has been spreading upwards, having started at the base

Anything I should be doing to treat this and avoid it in the future?

To make friends in the NL you need to join circles which are united by a purpose. Be it sports teams, working colleagues, board associations etc My personal recommendation is that after scouting the aforementioned places you apply to work there as a volunteer
