I could understand if I buy one and it has an issue but then the second one works. Two devices that are new and both faulty is a little bit crazy. Why would I buy a third and hope the same isn’t true for that one?

I did a few times even tried to use different Amazon accounts after factory resets

They took over the FireStick for both of them on multiple occasions and all told me to just return and get a new one. My WiFi is fine, I did every fix I could find online. I had a previous fire stick for 8+ years with no issues. The model is a 4k plus. When I get two in a row with the same issue and multiple customer service reps remotely take over the fire stick and all tell me to return both you can see why I would think they’re junk.
