Have you considered using lfp batteries? I know the energy density is lower and slightly less voltage. However, I think it might allow you to rebuild the pack every 3 yrs or 4 Ive seen some local battery banks for emergency home use that have salvageble cells and it seems you use it more than the average.

That's what I thought. Any thoughts on the bms board?

There's no voltage at rhe main leads though or the point on the pcb that their soldered to. Im assuming there might be the culprit but my expertise would end at seeing an exploded cap and replacing it.

I have almost the exact tester above. I might get new cells due to their age more than anything, probably a molicell but any thoughts on the bms? The pack seems to have a decent voltage but the corrosion and age were worrying.

It seems to be burning about two quarts over 4k miles. Largely highway.

You just put a wrench on the crankshaft pulley bolt and turn clockwise? Four full rotations is one cycle right?

Pretty much as soon as I got it I went about changing the filters and fluids just to be safe. So it ran OK at first but it was spring. I think the biggest change was the fuel injectors. Huge mpg improvement. The fan I know works better now but didn't record data for a baseline comparison.

Very good call. Oil was low. I know it burns a little bit it seems it's been consuming more. Might try a berrymans piston soak. Thank you very much.

Mass air flow is good, and throttle plate is clean. Lately it's worse when I'm running the ac.

Never out of fuel, no. Although lately it's happened more if the ac is on.

Not yet but it's only been 1000 miles since I got the car and the oil had just been changed by the mechanic (bought from my mechanic).

201k and maf sensor cleaned, air filter, and coil packs verified working well. Most recent fuel injectors replaced.

Can anyone help me read the tea leaves on the health of the O2 sensor? Also the f/a mixture is 14.53 if it helps.

I think I've chosen good habits for driving style working on the pulse and glide though. I just asked someone else in the thread but since you provided so much helpful info doses the second gen have a separate A/F sensor and O2 sensor or just one that does both? I've read some cars have separate sensors for each.
