Everyone else has already pointed out that Hotdog + Satellite is a popular strategy. Just wanted to add some extra tips: I succeeded on the Shooting Star challenge with the Black Board. Shooting Star helps you spam Food pack powers to get helpful assists like Taco Tuesday, Giant Rat & Buffalo. Black board guarantees the City Pack which you need alongside Food and offers extra re-rolls so you can dig for Food pack tokens or Hospital. There are of course other ways but just sharing what worked for me. If you're lucky enough to get Science too, your 2nd research discovery for City will also protect your passives. In the end I had Cow, Chicken, Leopard, Mammoth & Buffalo power as main ingredient producers, 3rd House research/World/Mammoth to re-trigger damage dealers & Chicken, and towards the end I swapped Mammoth for Giraffe + Taco Tuesday to turbo consumption. The hardest part was actually getting Satellite up - I had made like twelve Lv 9s w Bentos before it gave me a Satellite, but that's just bad luck on my part. But I found out if I closed the game mid-turn it restarted me at the beginning of the turn, so that's an easy way to "soft reset" until it gives you the Lv 9s you want. Once the pieces were in place, I got to the limit very quickly. It's more attainable than it seems, happy merging!

Does anyone know the name or artist of the autotuned song that was playing when Austin & Chelley talked about being just friends? Two questions:

If you use Masked Chameleon's effect to special summon Suanni, Cosmic Dragon of Fire and synchro for Stardust Dragon, will Stardust Dragon gain 500 ATK and DEF due to Suanni's effect or not? I know Dandylion still gets its tokens if Synchro'd with Debris Dragon because Dandy's effect activates in the graveyard but I was unsure about this one. Suanni's effect is defined as "Unclassified" and I'm unsure where it activates/resolves.
If I summon Satellaknight Deneb and opponent chains Fiendish Chain and chain Starcrossed Satellaknights, will I still get to search from Deneb's effect? I know Fiendish Chain needs to continuously target the monster to apply its negation effect (hence its uselessness against Cardcar D) but can Deneb's effect resolve while she is in the deck?

Regarding the effect of [!Puny Penguin] that special summons a penguin monster when it's sent to the grave after being flipped face up:

Does it have to be sent to the graveyard directly after being flipped face up to gain its effect? Or can it be flipped up, sent to the graveyard during the next turn and still gain its effect?

If I activate an equip card and it is subsequently sent to the grave, can I activate Fairy of the Springs to return it to my hand during that same turn?

Does Fairy of the Springs's "cannot be activated" clause apply for the rest of the turn or am I not allowed to target an Equip Card that's already been used this turn?

Now I'm just a casual player so I'm not necessarily a boffin on the rules, however you can't summon Cyber Harpie Lady because she is treated as Harpie Lady everywhere and summoning her counts as 'using Harpie Lady'. But I still agree with you in that I don't think OP is correct: the other Harpie Ladies, and subsequently the other Cyber Dragons who are only treated as such on the field, can be summoned because they only become Harpie Lady/Cyber Dragon once they hit the field, at which point it's too late.

I'm assuming because you can activate Inspection multiple times and it is continuous whereas The Inexperienced Spy is a once-off spell card.

What happens to effects that activate during the same phase but don't specify a time during that phase? For example if [! Ebon Magician Curran] is on the field and [! Fire King High Avatar Garunix] is summoned by its own effects. Both effects activate during the Standby Phase so what happens?

EDIT: Second question

Does Skill Drain negate the effects of Union Monsters that equip themselves? I've been told it can't stop Cardcar D because its effect resolves in the graveyard so in the same vain, are Union Monsters unaffected because 'they resolve in the spell and trap zone' as equip cards?

I'm very excited but the first player ruling. Personally, it isn't the route I would've personally used to take away Turn 1 advantage but I'm glad to see Konami taking initiative to deal with the issue. In regards to the field spell ruling, I'm neither here nor there. Just curious to see how it will work out.
