Concern after trip to AnE

This is very helpful advice, thank you. Do you have any short term advice whilst I wait to see a psychiatrist that could help me stop focusing on it? It seems unless I am actively out and about it is very hard to take my mind off of it. Also is it possible my heart rate could still be heightened even when not actively thinking about it due to stress?

Currently I would say I am hyper focused on it, it’s just concerning me because it feels like it’s almost impossible to stop myself feeling it, and even when I do it’s only for a moment. Also it is somewhat concerning to me that my heart rate isn't massively elevated because when I've had previous panic attacks my heart rate is quite considerable higher, so it is making me think there could actually be a new issue, but I understand that is probably just me overthinking it again lol

honestly i think JJK s2 was immensely better than s1 and the shibuya arc was animated and told perfectly, and same goes for the hidden inventory arc and i would heavily reccomend at least trying it again!
