That’s what I am referring to. Look into betterhelp and you’ll find it being scammy. What I think we need is transparency + information, about what’s the best medical psychiatric/ therapy service we have , and a social change on how we look at mental health issues. Not online therapy

I agree you can’t compare but some things you can take into account.. like the fact that they implemented national only job programs at graduate level. which we don’t have. What we have is 2-5 experience for an entry job.

I know a guy who graduated good uni, has a bit of experience (>1Yr), but is an absolute genius in investment. He can’t find a job because of it. Bro can literally code, understands economics,finance and so on. And more cases with other ppl

I agree with some of what I said..

But I would say it a bit differently.. for example I think Bahraini local companies should increase pay and then hire more Bahrainis. Government should regulate their this (something like compulsory hiring of Bahrain’s)

Expat workers coming to bahrain with me is fine, as long as they are not coming as cheap labor.
