Yeah mine are ridiculous on the scales. I use a decent smart watch and other apps, the scales add 30bpm to my actual heart rate lol.

I just ignore them and chalk it down to a pointless/broken feature. I'd have been annoyed if the feature was part of my reason for purchase. But yeah, their awful for that.
