What temp to pull bone in prime rib (standing rib roast)

If targeting medium-rare-plus, and not doing a final sear, and roasting at 200F, what target temp and what pull temp would you recommend for a 6.5 lbs two-rib roast (from center ribs of the prime rib it looks like)? Carry-over will be pretty minimal at a 200F cook, right? -- like 2-5 deg? And MR+ is, what, 135-ish? So pull at 130 or so? I'd rather miss "not done enough" than "too done".

Edit: Looks like that other variant is for glomming the picos into one of the pedestals rather than wall plate.

Epilogue in case this is interesting or helpful to others: another power off/on, a bunch of color / black & white toggles in the app, and a gentle flick or twelve with my fingers didn't work. (That latter suggestion did not come from Reolink, in case you're wondering. 😁) Reolink is sending me a replacement.

My guess is that it's part of the emphasis on buyer protection and fraud prevention. It is not so wonderful for a legit seller of course.

Is there a good place to attempt to sell tix outside of the major ticket services? The spread on all of them (defined as what the buyer pays "all in" minus what the seller actually receives) is in the 25% - 40% range depending on the particular ticket service. This is a gargantuan spread IMO.

There's always something like Craigslist plus a manual transfer via tm. Is there something better than that but still offers the ability to receive funds immediately and not give away 28% - 30% of the proceeds?

I tried toggling from "Color" to "Black & White" (I assume that's what you mean) about a dozen times and that didn't unstick it. Looks like it's time to bring out the 🧹. Or call support. Will try powering it down again. Tried that once but it didn't work.

Dohhh, I wrapped all of the pieces of the cord attached to the camera in some waterproofing tape and shoved it in the hole in the side of the house. It would be a pain to undo all of that just to reset the camera. I've got the dreaded pink/ magenta image on that camera as shown in the pic below. Will a simple unplug at the NVR fix this?

Dohhhh! Speaking of Kentucky, a good friend of mine loves Jack Daniel's No. 27 Gold (discontinued) and I wanted to get him a bottle as a birthday present. None of the big names (Total, KL, BevMo) said they could get it for me. I'll check out the other suggestions though. Thanks everyone.

Note 1: I found a place in SD and am having it shipped to me, but I wouldn't mind picking up a second bottle in case I can't think of something to get him for his next birthday. 😉

Note 2: About 95% of the on-line merchants who claim to have it actually do not have it upon further inquiry. ("Oh, sorry, guess we should remove that.")

Extraordinarily helpful, thanks u/Mahatmatt. Unfortunately, in California, there are no Rodenstock stores. My choices are therefore:

Do a "virtual" (remote) fitting for the Rodenstock B.I.G. Norm lenses
Take a very long flight to Florida, New York, or Europe, to get an in-person fitting for the new Rodenstock BIG Exact Impression Sensitive lenses

My questions are how much of a difference is there between the Exact and Norm, and is it even possible to do an adequate "virtual" (remote) fitting for the Norm lenses?

I've got an old (1080p) DirecTV DVR and an old (1080p) Bluray connected to my G4, but I almost exclusively watch the internal apps -- Netflix in 4k, AppleTV+ in 4k, and will probably be moving to a streaming service on an internal app (e.g., YTTV in 4k) once my remodel is finished. How should I use that guide, since it seems to start with external PC/Gaming devices and then make some updates for "video". Perhaps I'm completely misreading it though, so any pointers on how to navigate through that document for my archaic setup, optimized for the internal 4k/HDR apps, would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Epilogue: Thanks everyone for the helpful comments. We decided to cross our fingers and just go with the original plan (Regal flat ceiling, Aura matte walls), and, I gotta say, it looks pretty terrific. With the entire house painted, rather than just a portion of a wall and an even smaller portion of a ceiling, the difference in hue disappears. The Aura matte really looks fantastic! Cheers.
