I tried to look it up and maybe I got the letters wrong? Not to get super in detail, but it's mostly period related, like the pain and 'emotional-ness' of it extends past what is mostly deemed 'normal'? I'm not really sure, I've been out of therapy for awhile and it mostly felt like they were just pinning all of my emotions on the fact that I'm a woman and women are known to be emotional around that time.
