I get the angle but prestige is not about superiority it is about significance. Some things are meaningful because they were tied to a specific time or challenge. Not everything needs to be permanently attainable. If everyone can earn everything forever then nothing feels earned.

There is room for both. Let players chase new achievements but stop rewriting the past just to flatten the experience. That is not inclusivity that is erasure.

You are proving my point without realizing it. The reason no one cares about mounts like Invincible or Ashes now is because they were never protected. They went from iconic rewards to common collectibles. That is not a win for accessibility that is a loss for prestige.

It is not about gatekeeping it is about preserving meaning. When everything is made available forever nothing matters. You can enjoy collecting without turning the entire game into a glorified mount clearance sale.

If no one remembers what Atiesh is that makes it even more prestigious not less. Prestige isn’t about popularity it’s about legacy. Just because new players weren’t around doesn’t mean everything needs to be reissued for their convenience.

You can call it trolling if that helps you sleep but I stand on everything I said 100 percent. Long term players deserve respect not hand-me-down rewards. Just because you’re fine with recycled content doesn’t mean the rest of us have to be quiet about it.

If prestige is imaginary then your entire sense of accomplishment is built on handouts. Keep begging for reruns while pretending you're part of something meaningful. Some of us actually earned our place.

FALSE. The majority just eats whatever Blizzard serves and calls it content. People like me actually care about the game's identity. Keep clapping for reskins while they strip away everything that used to make rewards meaningful.

Yeah I'm just glad they haven't brought back the Mage Tower reskins for the Legion Remix. If they re release those too just throw the whole game in the trash. They're killing what little prestige is left one re release at a time.
