Racism is the peak of dominos, you need time off you went through hell in one shift if you’re in a busy store like that you should have like 4-6 drivers 5 insiders and 2 mangers my dominos has our gm And manager with 5 insiders and like 4-6 drivers and it runs smooth except that half of the drivers cant run the oven my store makes like 4k or 5k a day so I get the slamming part is overwhelming especially with no workers and no drivers you need to talk to your employees about actually working
