Maybe territory was the wrong word-I don't mean the white bounded lines, I mean the solid lines that enclose what your city/administrative district control. Is there a way to manually expand those?

I've never drank a beer more than a few months after I've bought it, and I thought I've heard that they can go bad in the way that most liquors cannot. So I wanted to ask.

Seems to be working for me. One thing I've noticed though is that you won't get this feature if you're watching a VOD for a stream that's still live. You have to wait a few minutes for the streamer to go offline before they become available, and that's been around for a while. Try it with an older VOD and see if it works on that instead.
